Once we are onboard as your agency, we will take care of everything which includes, liaising with all key stakeholders such as your legal team to prepare the apartment for sale, compiling and distributing a marketing portfolio through diverse and proven channels and hosting mass and tailored inspections for all prospective buyers; the sale of your property will be overseen by our Principal and not by any junior or inexperienced sales representatives and its our Principal who will be hosting all inspections and negotiating directly with all prospective buyers.
Finally, we will oversee the finalisation of the transfer of the apartment to the successful buyer.
